Taking the mask off ISM

Ever since that Prank Call I made to the ISM over a year ago, in which they showed to be Jewhating terrorist lovers, or atleast pretend to be such for potential donors, I found that organization troubling. I surf their site every now and then, and the results are always shocking. But this, I think has gone too far. A few months ago I published a video of ISMers chanting "from the river to the sea Palestine shall be free", which in my opinion shows their exact intentions for destroying the state of Israel and no further proof would be necessary. But more proof arrives: Their new campaign for this summer.

Freedom Summer Palestine 2004 is conceived to be 56-day campaign (one day for every year of displacement and dispossession) against occupation, whereby Palestinians mobilizing with the participation and support of their international supporters, will draw the attention of the world to the true nature of the situation on the ground in the Occupied Palestinian Territories and leave no doubt in anyone's mind that the Palestinian struggle is a just struggle for dignity, human rights and freedom.
Hmmm a 56 years occupation, dispossession and displacement? But I thought occupation is only 37 years old and began in 1967?
Oh wait, you mean poor innocent, International-Speedbump-Movement actually means an end to Israel?
In their FAQ, when asked about being Antisemites, ISM replies: No. Our number of active volunteers varies, but approximately 15-20% of them are Jewish. Many Jewish organizations, both within and outside Israel, support the aims and efforts of the ISM.
Right... "My best friends are Jews, what a jewhater? Me?" and not only do they LOVE Jews, the Palestinians are also excellent hosts:
"It takes time for internationals to earn the trust of our
Palestinian partners, and this is perhaps especially true for Jewish
internationals, but you will be judged by your actions, not your
ethnicity."
Also, the next statement sheds some light to it.
"Understand, though, that the Israeli occupiers do
everything in their power to conflate the concepts of "Jew" and "Israeli", so
you may well hear Palestinians talking about "the Jews" when they really
mean
"Israelis" or "the Israeli army" or "the Israeli government". It
is useful to remember the context; talk about "the Jews" is not the
indication of bigotry
that it would be in the United States or
Europe."
Oh, I think I got it now, the Israeli military got Palestinians confused, they MISTAKENLY think that Israeli army means Jews (when in fact it has large amount of beduins, duruz and Israeli Arabs serving in it) and when they shout "death to Jews" they just mean "death to Israel". It the same kind of double standards that belittles Palestinians, just like the ISM thinks its alright to shoot Palestinians who aid terrorists, but when their activist aiding terrorists is shot the response is "they'd do it to a westerner? How could they???", they think it's OK for Palestinians to hate Jews, it's not like they're westerners.

Personally, I view the Palestinians as my equals. I think they should be held accountable to the same standards anyone else would be held accountable. Believing differently is racism, which the ISM is not new to.

Another completely hilarious bit of that FAQ is when it comes to homosexuals, here's the Q&A the ISM quotes:

12) I'm a queer activist thinking of joining freedom summer. What are some issues I should be aware of?

Palestinian society is as diverse in attitudes about gender and sexuality as is U.S. society. Internationals may find themselves in communities with fairly traditional norms and attitudes. In those cases, many of us have chosen not to speak about our sexuality with our Palestinian hosts, even though we felt it was important to come out to our international comrades. The decision about how or when you want to reveal information about yourself is a highly individual one; it's important to be clear with yourself about your reasons to sharing or withholding information, and how those reasons relate to your reasons for being in Palestine.

Ah, Palestinians have diverse perceptions of Sexuality... Right... It's so diverse that they have their police force beats up gays on the streets, and their homosexuals have to escape to Israel so they wouldn't face certain death and lynching. Right, just remember, Palestinians are WONDERFULL hosts.
Also bothering are those double standards again. "It's alright to tell Westerners you're gay, but hush don't tell Palestinians, they're backwards people". Well guess what ISM, they aren't. Palestinians should be held to the same standards you hold yourself or your Israeli foes. They are people like you and me. You should hold them accountable for their actions and the hypocrisy of treating westerners differently should stop.

Would someone please, please, please explain to me how come so many innocent misguided fall for that crap ISM sells and actually come to Israel to help terrorists? Would someone bulldoze them already?
