I never really liked AMDs, but that might be related to my experiences with one of their processors... Oh yeah, by the way, I can't say this enough: An Intel processor, when it's too hot, will shut down. An AMD processor will melt.

I think that pretty much says it. I heard they're better for gaming these days... I don't know, maybe I'm prejudiced after some bad experiences.

I really wish they did do a true boycott, then they'd have to delete all microsoft related products, remove all intel chips, IBM chips and basically a ton of other electronics, I'm too lazy to look up. It's a shame ISMer doesn't follow suit, and throw his computer out the window.
